WBBFanWest Posted May 20, 2015 Report Posted May 20, 2015 Say we successfully picked Waggoner tomorrow and say the Ticats is very much interested maybe because (1) Austin kinda hoarding every NI LB available and (2) his connection with the organization (dad played for Ticats, I believe. Are we willing to trade him for a defensive tackle maybe? He also has a connection to the Bombers. His grandfather played for the Bombers. and his great-great grandfather Honus played shortstop for the Pirates. And his great grand father Porter was a regular on the Grand Ole Opry.

Mr Dee Posted May 20, 2015 Report Posted May 20, 2015 I'm assuming the Bombers are interested in Waggoner, but will it be BC and Ottawa who we're competing with? The question then becomes, is the guy worth a solid pick, like a 2nd? Count me in as being interested.

Clearly the footage he's got out there is him playing against a weaker level of competition and you can really see it based on the amount of plays he makes on poorly thrown balls but he still looks like he's got a great nose for the ball and great cover speed.

Didn't know that...Shows how much I know about supplementals....If that's the case then we have to offer a second rounder I think that's too high..
