Jpan85 Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 Darrin Bauming @DarrinBauming 2m2 minutes ago Boundary cornerback Chris Randle getting plenty of work at strongside linebacker today. Can the #Bombers find a reliable option besides him?
Jpan85 Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 I think in Neufeld and most of the others case its giving them a session off or two to keep them healthy. Noeller and shadybob 2
voodoochylde Posted June 3, 2015 Author Report Posted June 3, 2015 I think in Neufeld and most of the others case its giving them a session off or two to keep them healthy. Though, with Neufeld's history, it's a bit of red flag that you're seeing this so early in camp. It's a long season and vets do get some .. rest days .. but he has as much to prove out there as anyone else trying to make this team .. perhaps more given his price tag. Personally, I don't ever see Neufeld being an answer along our offensive line. He's nothing more than a utility guy .. at best a sixth offensive lineman. It's his vesatility that keeps him around but ideally, he's someone who can step in .. take reps when someone goes down .. and not be a tremendous liability on the interior of the line.
TBURGESS Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 I think in Neufeld and most of the others case its giving them a session off or two to keep them healthy. What are you basing your opinion on?
Jpan85 Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 Basing it on the fact that every camp vets get a session or two off at camp. shadybob and Bigblue204 2
Noeller Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 I think in Neufeld and most of the others case its giving them a session off or two to keep them healthy.100% this, and they're right to do it.
Jpan85 Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 Plus lets you get some more reps for the younger guys on the line. Chung Everett Goosen. Noeller 1

Noeller Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 They already know what those guys can do when healthy. Give some reps to the unknown commodities and keep your vets fresh. I dunno, that just seems smart to me... M.O.A.B. 1
Geebrr Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 Definitely agree with them not beating up guys virtual locks on the roster. With the added benefit of more reps for bubble guys. Noeller 1
BBlink Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 It's always funny hearing about Jordan Reaves. Nobody wants to stick their neck out and say that he could make the team as one of our Canadian receivers. Everything I've heard or seen of him has been glowing thus far. shadybob 1
DR. CFL Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 Resting Neufield? U kidding me that guy has done nothing but rest since he's been here. Wake up!

I was noticing the same thing. Every time anyone talks about Reaves its the same "Looks great out there, maybe in 2023 he'll be good enough to play". ???
MTA Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 How many ppl on this board have gone threw 2 a days? Great move resting patty Noeller and Jaxon 2
kelownabomberfan Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 How many ppl on this board have gone threw 2 a days? Great move resting patty I know I haven't. But I see no reason to work guys into the ground, especially those with chronic injuries like Neuf. MTA 1
shadybob Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 I am really hoping Jordan Reaves makes the team. Nice guy and he's super athletic.
Jpan85 Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 Have to see him on special teams during the exhibition games. If he able to compete on the teams he will stick around the PR

Geebrr Posted June 3, 2015 Report Posted June 3, 2015 #Bombers WR Greg Childs had a suspected Achilles tear in practice today: OShea. The number of devastating injuries he has sustained, truly staggering. Freak injuries too, non contact stuff. Likely the end of his career.

Leads me to believe when a guy has an actual confirmed injury they'll announce it... leave it ambiguous when it's just bumps and bruises... crazy concept!

There is still so much left open for interpretation by fans. Which Achilles? Left? Right? How big was the tear? How did it happen??? I MUST KNOW!!! Fan Boy, SPuDS, Noeller and 2 others 5
