Rich Posted September 1, 2015 Author Report Posted September 1, 2015 Brendan Taman & Corey Chamblin: Fired by #Riders. Jeremy O'Day named General Manager, Bobby Dyce named interim coach. #CFL — CFL News (@CFL_News) September 1, 2015
Jacquie Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 This will make the Labour Day game and Banjo Bowl more interesting.
B-F-F-C Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 To bad Walters couldn't fleece Taman for their 1st rd draft pick before he was booted.
rebusrankin Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Wow. Expected Chamblin this week after yesterday but still WOW. I was hoping we'd get two games with Chamblin and he'd bungled one to us.
B-F-F-C Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Damn...it's going to be more difficult to hate the Riders now that Dyce is the interim HC. :o GCJenks, kelownabomberfan, Blue-urns and 2 others 5
HardCoreBlue Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 This will make the Labour Day game and Banjo Bowl more interesting. Yes,it could result in other firings depending how the games go.
Mr. Perfect Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Good for Bobby Dyce. Highly doubt his interim basis will go beyond this year but I'm certainly happy for him. Blue-urns 1
bustamente Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 If the Bombers lose both games to the Riders then i think everybody would agree that we've hit rock bottom and changes will have to be made.
FrostyWinnipeg Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 So who in the forum is gonna pick them both up? Bustamante...if?
bustamente Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Good for Bobby Dyce. Highly doubt his interim basis will go beyond this year but I'm certainly happy for him. Would like to see Dyce back on the bombers coaching staff if the Riders let him go at the end oft he season Mr. Perfect, GCJenks and Blue-urns 3
Mark H. Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Nice to see guys like Bobby Dyce get promoted Blue-urns and GCJenks 2
bustamente Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 So who in the forum is gonna pick them both up? Bustamante...if? Not gonna lie Chamblin is a good coach but like many think he lost the room and it was his time to go. Taman i'm meh about him but he can't be any worse than we've had here in the last 5 or so years
Rod Black Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Brendan needs to know the shoe shine stand at Winnipeg Square is available for lease. He is unemployable.
JuranBoldenRules Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Brendan needs to know the shoe shine stand at Winnipeg Square is available for lease. He is unemployable. Subway needs a pitchman. Brandon, rebusrankin, B-F-F-C and 2 others 5
GCJenks Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 It may cause a brain aneurysm but with Bobby D leading that time I may have to cheer for him to get his first win on Sunday. I sure wish we would make a move on our OC, would be a lot easier to watch the game and hope we do something.
Rod Black Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Brendan needs to know the shoe shine stand at Winnipeg Square is available for lease. He is unemployable. Subway needs a pitchman. Tillman applied. They didn't like his resume. Chaosmonkey 1
DR. CFL Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Sask and Wpg are the same now. No experience at CEO, GM and HC......perfect matchup now
Goalie Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Sask and Wpg are the same now. No experience at CEO, GM and HC......perfect matchup now I think you'd be taken more seriously if you didn't make **** up. For real. Trying to help you out. Your agenda pushing has gotten a bit out of control Blue-urns, blitzmore, B-F-F-C and 2 others 5
NotoriousBIG Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 The timing couldn't be worse for the Blue. With a fresh coaching change -- and moving to a players coach like Dyce no less -- the Bombers are now going into a buzzsaw. This will be a blow out of Tim Burkean proportions. 55-6 or something. Count on it. The Banjo Bowl will be closer but I still see the Riders winning.
DR. CFL Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 My agenda? I simply want to watch good football regardless of which teams are playing. You and everyone else can decide what has contributed and who is responsible for the state of football in Winnipeg at this time. But it isn't fun to watch and it is anything but good football. Atomic and bb1 2
Goalie Posted September 1, 2015 Report Posted September 1, 2015 Bombers will win still cuz really the riders D is awful and that can't be fixed in a week. Sask sucks. You will find out this week it's tge lack of talent that makes sask suck. Chamblin will be vindicated. Bombers in a blow out. Bomberfan85 and Rod Black 2
