Darling got a 3rd round pick at the end of the season. Hutch isnt getting a first rounder. Or a 2nd or 3rd.

I think someone should talk Laine into changing his first name to "Bobby" while we are at it. Dale Schiefele has a nice ring to it too. Morris Wheeler? kelownabomberfan Posted January 14, 2018 Report Posted January 14, 2018 Moose getting a big boost with Roslo, Hutch and Lemieux coming back. Expect the Moose domination to resume....

Niku is like a teenager transitioning from overseas who was a 7th rd pick... I like how you pretend you actually know anything about Niku or Robinson for that matter. blue_gold_84 1
Atomic Posted January 15, 2018 Report Posted January 15, 2018 Buddy Robinson might find himself back in the NHL at some point. Maybe not for the Jets but for someone. Good size and decent hands. I don't see what that has to do with Sami Niku. Goalie and blue_gold_84 2

iHeart Posted February 22, 2018 Report Posted February 22, 2018 boy are the Admirals salty aren't they Philips is going to be fun to have around isn't he?
sweep the leg Posted February 25, 2018 Report Posted February 25, 2018 I was at the Moose game today. Niku plays a very composed game. Very smooth out there, like an AHL version of Erik karlsson. Even has the nice flow like him... blue_gold_84 and The Unknown Poster 2

The Unknown Poster Posted March 4, 2018 Report Posted March 4, 2018 Doesnt seem like a great outing for Mason
Atomic Posted March 4, 2018 Report Posted March 4, 2018 It was 4-1 Moose going into the third and then things really came off the rails. I'd say it was a team breakdown more than on Mason. 6 PIM for Petan... three minors. Iowa scored to open the third period, right after their PP on a Petan penalty ended, and then they scored a couple more times before the Moose got the game back under control. Said it before but Niku's a player. He'll be in the NHL at some point next season, IMO. I liked Spacek's game too. It is crazy that the Jets can have such a young lineup including guys like Morrissey, Connor and Roslovic yet the prospect cupboard is still so full. blue_gold_84 1

Does he have a shot or is he just Patrice Cormier 2.0?

Atomic Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 Appleton definitely has a shot and he has been playing wing all year with the Moose.... that's probably where he slots in with the Jets too. JCon 1
