IC Khari Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 ... hopefully I won't have to go there after Saturday night's game. Come on Bombers, surprise your fans! Let's do the unexpected and win a critical road game for a change. You don't want your fans to grow weary and instead become a follower of some other sport like this ... Lowrider Fighting.
Arnold_Palmer Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Whens the last time Winnipeg won a big game? 2011? 4 years. I don't expect a win in BC. I'm hoping to be proved wrong though.
GCn20 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 I expect a win in BC. I can't see the Lions winning 2 in a row. They are as bad as we are, and we need the game more than they do. SPuDS 1
Mike Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Last Chance Saloon? I'll be next door at Don't Give a **** Tavern. I've lost total interest this year. Franchise player? Out. Offensive gameplan? Uninspiring. Playoff chances? Life support. No thanks. Ducky and NotoriousBIG 2
DR. CFL Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Curious to know how the mysterious "do factor" actually works?
Noeller Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Well, I'm a fan, so I'm stoked for another week of Bombers ball and praying for a much needed win..... Goalie, Mr Dee, bigg jay and 1 other 4
MOBomberFan Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 I'm right there with ya. The offseason is long enough as it is without me tuning out a month before playoffs Goalie, Noeller, johnzo and 2 others 5
gbill2004 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Well, I'm a fan, so I'm stoked for another week of Bombers ball and praying for a much needed win..... Absolutely...as strange as it is, the Bombers are still in the playoff hunt. The game in BC is essentially a playoff game. Lose and the season is over. Win and we still have a chance. Noeller 1
BomberBall Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Well, I'm a fan, so I'm stoked for another week of Bombers ball and praying for a much needed win..... Ditto. Noeller 1
Noeller Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 I'm right there with ya. The offseason is long enough as it is without me tuning out a month before playoffs No f***ing kidding...100% agreed. MOBomberFan, LeBird, johnzo and 1 other 4
DR. CFL Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 We'll at least the CFL didn't give us the last bye week and make the off season a week longer this year.
do or die Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Have to run off some wins now. French Foreign Legion time.....march or die. In this particular saloon, time to sort out the men, from the sarsaparilla drinkers......
gbill2004 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 With our recent luck, it wouldn't surprise me to see the Bombers win 3 or 4 of the remaining 4 games.
pigseye Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Well they had the perfect opportunity to do just that after the Banjo Bowl and have schat the bed in the following 3 games instead.
DR. CFL Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Recent luck? Would that be good luck or bad luck? Not sure what the algorithm is for that prediction for bending success?
Ducky Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Even if they make the playoffs, they won't make any noise there.............lose out and get 1st draft pick and clean house at the end of the season....one of the most pathetic seasons I have seen from the BB organization....maybe they should fire MOS and make MB the head coach???????????????
gbill2004 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 Even if they make the playoffs, they won't make any noise there.............lose out and get 1st draft pick and clean house at the end of the season....one of the most pathetic seasons I have seen from the BB organization....maybe they should fire MOS and make MB the head coach???????????????We don't have our first rounder because of Waggoner pick.
17to85 Posted October 5, 2015 Report Posted October 5, 2015 How can you not watch the games when they're on? The offseason drags on and on and on any Bomber game is worth watching. johnzo, iso_55, MOBomberFan and 2 others 5
brett_c_b Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 I'm flying in to Vancouver Saturday for the game, and headed to Ottawa for the game next Friday, so hoping they can put something together. Either way my hotel is stumbling distance from the stadium in both cities if it doesn't go well. HardCoreBlue and Mr Dee 2
Fatty Liver Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 I think the Bombers have a very good chance of beating BC next weekend. BC put a beat down on the very worst D in the entire league last week, which coincidentally is also how the Bombers earned two of their 4 victories this year. This weekend BC will start a rookie QB against a D that has been steadily improving every game to the point that they are now respectable. If Nichols can continue on the trajectory from his last half performance I can see the Bombers actually winning comfortably.
Tracker Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 BC is not that good this year, but they seem to have found a saviour in Jennings, but we have seen flashes of that sort of thing in Montreal and Saskatchewan. Ritchie Hall appears to be a good enough defensive coach to get his people ready. I don't have much confidence in Bellfeuille's ability to take advantage of a weak BC defence.
iso_55 Posted October 6, 2015 Report Posted October 6, 2015 I'll be in Vancouver this weekend for my son's SFU game & we're having a family get together at a restaurant after so i'll miss the Bomber game. Good luck to the Bombers.
