FrostyWinnipeg Posted May 26, 2016 Report Posted May 26, 2016 Kaner got 20 in 65 and Bogo finished off the season really well there potting a bunch.
Goalie Posted May 26, 2016 Report Posted May 26, 2016 Jets Win the trade by getting rid of a guy who didn't want to be here. Standings? Put jets in the east and they make the playoffs probably. Jets owned the east. Anyways tho. Moose to name new head coach tomorrow at 10. Interesting to note that Brandon was knocked out of the memorial cup last night. Jimmy Pop 1

Think that was the least in the NHL. Buffalo ahead of us now in standings...what that say about the trade now? Must be thinking they won it over there. they always did...
Floyd Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 Buffalo must have won that trade... we're constantly shopping Myers, Stafford is a bum and Armia's going to be in the A next year ha Brandon 1
Goalie Posted May 27, 2016 Report Posted May 27, 2016 Buffalo fans are trying to trade bogo and have realized kane is not ever gonna reach his potential. The Unknown Poster 1
Ducky Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 Scheif and Trouba get named to Team North America. Ehlers does't get named to Team Europe? Really? Isn't Maurice an assistant coach for that team?
Ducky Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 Wheeler and Buff for Team USA Scheif, Trouba and Wheeler for Team NA Pavelec for Czech team Laine count? Telegin count?

bustamente Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 As much as i like Helle both Murray and Gibson are ahead of him, he might get a game but the probable scenario is that Gibson gets the majority of the games unless he gets lit up.

The Unknown Poster Posted June 1, 2016 Author Report Posted June 1, 2016 If I read this correctly Karmanos' sons are suing him because he borrowed $100m from their trust funds to finance the Hurricanes and defaulted on the payments and can't afford to pay it back keep an eye on the Hurricanes
iso_55 Posted June 1, 2016 Report Posted June 1, 2016 Tom Lysiak & Rick MacLeish have passed away. Two snipers & both were heckuva hockey players. Ducky 1
Ducky Posted June 1, 2016 Report Posted June 1, 2016 I remember watching MacLeish play like it was yesterday...sad.
Ducky Posted June 2, 2016 Report Posted June 2, 2016 Rumor has it that Kirk Muller has told the Blues that he won't be back next year...Muller to the Jets for some O and PP coaching?
Goalie Posted June 2, 2016 Report Posted June 2, 2016 I'd be somewhat surprised if muller ended up here. I'd be happy but I'd be surprised
FrostyWinnipeg Posted June 2, 2016 Report Posted June 2, 2016 Yeah rare that ass't coaches just go to another team to be ass't coach. Ottawa job still open?

The Unknown Poster Posted June 2, 2016 Author Report Posted June 2, 2016 I disagree with this SPORTSNET: Nick Kypreos believes Evgeni Malkin is playing his final games with the Pittsburgh Penguins, suggesting he could be traded this summer. Kypreos believes there couldn’t be a better time for the Penguins to trade him. Doug MacLean suggests Malkin would look good in Montreal or Vancouver, while Kypreos believes Malkin could “slide right in there” with Jaromir Jagr. He also believes the Penguins have to shed salary this summer. When asked about moving goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury, Kypreos replied, “expansion will look after that.”
Goalie Posted June 2, 2016 Report Posted June 2, 2016 Muller signs in Montreal as associate coach. Not surprising

They got some cap issues there and moving malkin does make sense but I'll believe it when I see it Edited June 2, 2016 by Goalie
The Unknown Poster Posted June 2, 2016 Author Report Posted June 2, 2016 Yeah on paper it makes sense. Pens are good and deeper than they were. Malkin would restock the cupboard for years and probably keep them a contender until Crosby is done. But it seems too difficult of a deal to get done. Id like to see Malkin as a bonafide leader on a team and see if he has a higher gear
