Season series:

The Winnipeg Jets defeated the Minnesota Wild 5-4 at MTS Centre on Oct. 26.

Drew Stafford scored two goals and Blake Wheeler had two assists to lead the Jets. Jason Zucker scored 10 seconds into the game, setting a record for the fastest goal in Wild history.

- Winnipeg opens a four-game road trip Tuesday, all against Central Division opponents.

- "It's always big points up for grabs when you're playing teams from in your division," forward Bryan Little told the Jets website. "They're always tight games [against Minnesota] and we're looking to start the trip off right."

- Forward Andrew Copp, who hasn't played since Oct. 31 because of an upper-body injury, practiced Monday and is expected to play. "It's hard to watch anytime," Copp said. "You want to be out there contributing in any way possible, but it is what it is and you've got to work through it."

- Forward Patrice Cormier was reassigned to Manitoba of the American Hockey League.

- Minnesota will be without defenseman Marco Scandella, who is away from the team because of personal reasons.

- Forward Zach Parise remains out with a sprained MCL in his right knee and coach Mike Yeo said he will miss all of Minnesota's upcoming four-game road trip, which begins Thursday against the Carolina Hurricanes.

- The Wild recalled forward Kurtis Gabriel on Monday and he will make his NHL debut against Winnipeg. "It gives us the ability to bring in a bigger body," Yeo said. "It also gives us a chance to see how these guys do. I thought [Christoph] Bertschy did a good job so we'll see how [Gabriel] does. It's a good chance for him to get in there and show what he can do."

Can't really blame pav for any of those. The jets are just terrible

Good job line juggling Maurice... Thorburn to the third line Is the big move lol.

Switch up the first and second lines. Not the third and 4th.

Trouba is just lost out there, no aggression, no carrying the puck, constant mistakes, Lowry forgot how to play hocket and is skating in quick sand, Buff is uninterested ,Stuart just sucks, Perreault is cleanning the ice, Postma should be in AHL, Staff has disappeared, gonna be a long road trip if this keeps up.

Don't fool yourself the Jets record is quite flattering for them,  they have many holes in there game and players who frankly should be playing in a different league.

Swapped out Perreault and Ladd. Id like to see Ehlers and Ladd swap maybe.

Got this for a buck! Jets kinda ruined the good vibes.

Oh and while i'm rambling...it seemed like there were not a lot of hits tonight anyone agree? Other then Trouba's.

Lowry sophomore jinx?

Lowry's line is goingup against the ither team's top lines this year.....

It is obvious the management is okay to live with the mistakes of the youngsters and hope that they peak all around the same time.....don't want to many youngsters making rookie mistakes when we are honest contenders....better to deal with it now.
