Mark F Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Tap tap tap "is this thing on?" thought I'd start this, since people are too bummed out to care. pretty sure I'm not the only person watching today. Not much to say except R. Ray not what he once was. Maybe Chad Owens is on the descending side of football as well. I actually feel some pity for Hamilton, without Collaros. Hamilton needs a big play of some sort, from defence or special teams I think.
bluto Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 neither look like championship caliber teams in that first half. the winner will be the team that stops gift-wrapping yardage thru penalties. SPuDS 1
bustamente Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Once again if you don't have a capable QB you are going nowhere, can you believe Ottawa is licking there lips looking at this game
bustamente Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Both QB's throwing ball to the wrong team
JuranBoldenRules Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Once again if you don't have a capable QB you are going nowhere, can you believe Ottawa is licking there lips looking at this game Someone's gonna get to the East Final without one. IMO the best QB in the division is watching the game from Toronto's sideline.
rebusrankin Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Both teams look awful. Is it too late to trade Brohm to Hamilton? Mark F 1
Mark F Posted November 15, 2015 Author Report Posted November 15, 2015 lol rebusrankin. Where is Brohm? can he get there by the fourth quarter? Hamilton living without a running game all season bites them. Hamilton sure has a good D line. American games are bad as well..... Detroit 3 Packers 3 at the half. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
bluto Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Norwood's knee on that replay... yeeeesh
Mark F Posted November 15, 2015 Author Report Posted November 15, 2015 Also, looking like not a good result from playing Ray from a trade value point of view. Or from his own point of view for any contract he gets in the future. both have to have gone down a fair bit with his play end of this season.
Tracker Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Toronto is not blowing Hammy out by any means but seems to be wearing them down.
AKAChip Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 I love watching Chad Owens limp around and be terrible. Looks good on him. Mark F 1
JuranBoldenRules Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Looks like Austin can't draw up a gameplan to make a crappy QB look competent either, even against a bottom-feeding D like the Argos. Keep in mind that the Argos made Marve look like he might belong in the CFL.
JuranBoldenRules Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Here's something to think about. Our last game, Stala boots the ball in the stands, no flag. Grant just booted that ball into the stands, no flag. Shell boots the ball into the air, not even the stands after an INT, flag. WTF is that? Noeller and Mark F 2
WBBFanWest Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 Each team supplies the footballs used by their offence, so if a defensive player kicks/throws a ball into the stands, it's a penalty because the ball belongs to the other team. If an offensive player throws/kicks the ball into the stands, it belongs to his own team, so there is no penalty. Brandon Blue&Gold and TBURGESS 2

Grant just booted that ball into the stands, no flag. Shell boots the ball into the air, not even the stands after an INT, flag. WTF is that? Doesn't it have something to do with each offence having their own balls so on a turnover you're using the opponent's game ball?
Mark F Posted November 15, 2015 Author Report Posted November 15, 2015 how can reinbold look the same exactly as when he was here? bearpants 1
Mark F Posted November 15, 2015 Author Report Posted November 15, 2015 like it. good for Masoli too. tough spot.
bluto Posted November 15, 2015 Report Posted November 15, 2015 I'm having a difficult time believing this... but the Ottawa REDBLACKS are going to be in a Grey Cup.
Mark F Posted November 15, 2015 Author Report Posted November 15, 2015 Not only that, they're going to win it. wish the Bombers could get a player like 97 Hamilton.

If an offensive player throws/kicks the ball into the stands, it belongs to his own team, so there is no penalty. The rule is beyond stupid regardless of the reasoning. Just make kicking the ball when it's dead a penalty for the safety of everyone. Brandon Blue&Gold 1
