Fatty Liver Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 If Saskatchewan is willing to offer that much then Jones is gonna be heading there pretty quickly. I remain hopeful we get someone other than LaPo. Only other option I see left is Marcus Brady from T.O. who I would prefer over LaPo. Surprised no one has asked about Condell but maybe Austin stamped a big "Don't Ask" on his forehead. Brandon Blue&Gold 1
Brandon Blue&Gold Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 Any word out there about Marcus Brady? He seems to be the only guy that isn't mentioned in all these coaching rumours. Would definitely like him to be considered for the Bombers OC position. I'm not sold on LaPo returning.
Jacquie Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 I'd like to add a FU to Wally for denying us permission to talk to Khari too. From what Lawless said on Twitter, Wally won't give permission until he's decided what he wants to do about his staff.
iso_55 Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 Still think the Bombers are a "destination of choice" for CFL assistants looking to move up? teams aren't even giving the Bombers permission to talk to them, that tells me at least 2 teams are worried about guys leaving for Winnipeg. Try again with the doom and gloom, this try failed. !4 dead in San Bernardino mass shootings, Russia claims that Turkey selling oil to ISIS, Two Albertans from Edmonton missing in Mexico feared dead. I could go on but is that dark enough for you? Did I pass?
TBURGESS Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 Even I don't think it's the Bombers fault if other teams won't give permission for us to talk to their coaches. blitzmore, Mike, Brandon Blue&Gold and 1 other 4

Fatty Liver Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 If Khari is the QB Coach in BC, how can Wally not allow him to interview for an OC position?
voodoochylde Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 If Khari is the QB Coach in BC, how can Wally not allow him to interview for an OC position? That's what I was thinking as well .. though I have to admit .. I'm woefully ignorant when it comes to the rules governing assistants in the CFL.
17to85 Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 If Khari is the QB Coach in BC, how can Wally not allow him to interview for an OC position? Wasn't he even just the receivers coach not the qb coach? Seems like Wally is pretty surly in his old age.

Wasn't he even just the receivers coach not the qb coach? Seems like Wally is pretty surly in his old age. Yes, he was only the receivers coach.
Atomic Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 My guess would be that old balls Wally is strongly considering KJ as his new OC
Mike Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 If Khari is the QB Coach in BC, how can Wally not allow him to interview for an OC position? I don't think you technically HAVE to allow anyone out of their contract for anything but a promotion to HC. Doubt Khari has a deal beyond December 31st, so maybe he just wants this month in order to try and sort his own **** out.
Fatty Liver Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 It would be pretty funny if Corky went back to Tennessee to enjoy Christmas and delayed his decision until after Dec. 31. The Greenies would have a melt down of burning keystrokes that could keep the fields bare of snow all the way to Estevan. The "Riders search for a GM" thread is currently 237 pages and counting. johnzo 1
DR. CFL Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 I am sure that the Rider fans are equally amused by the hunt for an OC in Wpg. You hold to the axiom that misery loves company ?
sweep the leg Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 I am sure that the Rider fans are equally amused by the hunt for an OC in Wpg. I seriously doubt it. They're pretty self-centred. Bigblue204 and Goalie 2
Rich Posted December 10, 2015 Report Posted December 10, 2015 The #Stampeders have finalized their coaching staff. Pete Costanza remains as WR coach. bearpants Posted December 10, 2015 Report Posted December 10, 2015 So does that mean Dickenson will remain as the OC?
SPuDS Posted December 10, 2015 Report Posted December 10, 2015 Mace retired? Wow. Didnt think he was done.
M.O.A.B. Posted December 10, 2015 Report Posted December 10, 2015 So does that mean Dickenson will remain as the OC? I think he is. But Dinwiddie will be his pair of eyes from upstairs. Mace retired? Wow. Didnt think he was done. Too many injuries suffered in previous years. I dont think he completed a year without being injured.
M.O.A.B. Posted December 10, 2015 Report Posted December 10, 2015 Constanza remain in Cgy. So Edm and BC doing a rock-paper-scissors for K.Jones?

Lawsuits still to be resolved. Value-engineering to important features like the veil. Unanticipated costs like the new roof for the arena. This all sounds familiar. First Winnipeg, then Hamilton, now Ottawa. I wonder if Regina will escape unscathed once the new stadium is complete?
