Harris...The Tennessee gambler is going all in. That move hinges on a) confidence in Brett Smith and Keith Price, or if they are for sure getting Trevor Harris.

Nice to hear Suber thought so highly of the Bomber locker room. My 11 year old son's favorite Blue Bomber is Terrence Edwards. The content in the above Tweet demonstrates one of the many reasons why. Classy move by Suber and our organization, all the best for Alex Suber. Apparently there are players who enjoy and want to play here, weird. :-) Jaxon, Bigblue204 and holoman 3
Bigblue204 Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Hearing a rumour from an unreliable source the bombers have released Moore. Anyone hear anything??
IC Khari Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 (edited) Nice move and good career for Alex, too bad Suber's 2011 Grey Cup run with the Bombers came up short (deliberate pun) ... Edited January 15, 2016 by IC Khari

Goalie Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Apparently they have had no discussions with Moore at all. They are moving on
Taynted_Fayth Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Communication break down? Genuinely moving on? Bonus due? In any case if he not in the upcoming seasons plan, I think ill now be even more disappointed if we dont ink dressler or carter
holoman Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 With his injury concernas, I'm not sure how he can be in next years plans.
do or die Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Any one surprised that Moore would not be back this year.....like really?

I am surprised actually, the games he played he was the Bombers most effective receiver. I think he will catch on with another club as a #2 receiver. Taynted_Fayth Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Im a little surprised if true just for the fact we hung onto brohm until nichols reupped, they must feel real confident about someone else...

Different situation. Broom was signed and under contract for next season. Moore is set to be a FA and a new deal would have to be negotiated to retain him. If the two sides aren't anywhere close, it doesn't really matter if you cut him now or lose him in free agency.
blueingreenland Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 If they have no intention of re-signing the guy, it is a nice gesture to release him now...to give him a bit more time to catch on with another team

He'll be signed by another team.
Mr Dee Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 (edited) Moving on from Semi Moore is a forgone conclusion it seems, and that's not really an issue. But I do agree, they must have another card to play, because they don't have a plethora of receivers as it is. So, the RedBlacks route seems to be the way we're going. Dressler plays into this quite nicely, I would think. Edited January 15, 2016 by Mr Dee
Brandon Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Moore's value definitely has dropped, its smart to keep him for now and see where Carter and Dressler end up.
17to85 Posted January 15, 2016 Report Posted January 15, 2016 Let someone else sign moore and tie up money there so there's less competition when FA day hits. Dr. Blue and rebusrankin 2

Brandon Posted January 16, 2016 Report Posted January 16, 2016 I just read a bit of riderfans... They truly are starting to convince themselves that Dressler is the bad guy while Jones is good. Specially after the Dressler post. The few rider fans who are not blinded do have a plausible theory. That Jones offered a real lowball offer to Chick and Dresser that they would obviously reject. He did this only so he can tell the fans that they tried to retain them in order for the fans to not riot and revolt day one. I strongly believe Dressler when he said no real attempt to work with him to stay was made. It's working because riderfans are posting that Dressler is a hypocrite and that he did the same to the club when he went to KC for money and that he isn't truly loyal because he went to the NFL.

I like Kenny Stafford too, deep threat burner we haven't had since.... Nationals, Bagg, Getzlaff, Giguere, all are better than what we got rostered now.
Taynted_Fayth Posted January 16, 2016 Report Posted January 16, 2016 Ive been happy with the work of kohlert and jFG. As clutch possession recievers they havent disappointed imo Fatty Liver 1
Brandon Posted January 16, 2016 Report Posted January 16, 2016 The only way we should get Bagg , Getzlaf or Giguere is if we get them to next to nothing...
M.O.A.B. Posted January 16, 2016 Report Posted January 16, 2016 Bagg might be interested to be reunited with Lapo
