Goalie Posted November 28, 2015 Author Report Posted November 28, 2015 Nah. I just don't think Troubas been very good this year but he just had a very good game. In the last 5 or so minutes today, Maurice only sent out Buff,Trouba,Myers and Toby. Stu and Pardy were stapled to the bench.
Mark F Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 great win, with fighting back after wild scored instead of collapsing.
kelownabomberfan Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 great game - that's Jets hockey. Just pounded Minnesota right into the ground. Loved the Ehlers goal to seal it too. Both Buff and Ehlers got the monkey off their back, now let's hope they keep up that level of effort going forward.
Mr Dee Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 That's exactly the game the Jets should be playing, are capable of playing, and when they do..they are successful. Hard skating, nice forechecking, always "on" the other team. Nice goals from Perrault and especially Ehlers. ONE penalty and 1-3 on the power play. They allowed only 15 shots on net. Good start to the road trip.
Ducky Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 They started Wednesday in Washington... Only shorthanded once all game....HOOWAH! 15 shots on net! HOOWAH!
Goalie Posted November 28, 2015 Author Report Posted November 28, 2015 They played ok vs Washington and with average goaltending might have won.
The Unknown Poster Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 Writing is on the wall for Hutch next year and Pavs the following Nothing would surprise and if Helle is for real the likelihood is Pavs and Helle next year. But it could also be Helle and hutch. A much cheaper option for the jets.
Brandon Posted November 29, 2015 Report Posted November 29, 2015 Has Peluso ever clearly lost a fight?
bigg jay Posted November 29, 2015 Report Posted November 29, 2015 Has Peluso ever clearly lost a fight? Only a couple in the NHL and one is debatable. vs Tom Sesito http://www.hockeyfights.com/fights/120922 vs Brian Mcgrattan http://www.hockeyfights.com/fights/121529 (not a great fight but Peluso does lose or maybe a draw at best).
