Goalie Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 Tracksuit night is a thing. But if people really want to piss Kane off they will ignore him and go dead quiet when he has the puck. Won't happen cuz people just love to egg the ****** on. Jets lose. Kane scores the winner
FrostyWinnipeg Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 (edited) Okay how about this chant....Patrick's better! Clap clap, clap clap clap. Patrick's better! Clap clap, clap clap clap. What no Sphinx? Edited January 9, 2016 by FrostyWinnipeg The Unknown Poster 1
The Unknown Poster Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 I'm generally indifferent to Kane. And if I was going I wouldn't wear a track suit. But I'm more annoyed at the "enlightened" people making such a big deal out of this. Fans are having fun. It's harmless. Who cares. blitzmore and Jimmy Pop 2
Goalie Posted January 9, 2016 Author Report Posted January 9, 2016 I don't really care. People can wear what they want but with that being said.... does wearing a track suit in reality support kane? I mean he wore it to a team meeting and buff and others ripped it up and threw it in the shower. I just feel wearing a track suit supports kane. But ya it's harmless fun. Better than those suggesting to chant "no means no"
Rich Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 i·ro·ny a state of affairs or an event that seems deliberately contrary to what one expects and is often amusing as a result.
The Unknown Poster Posted January 9, 2016 Report Posted January 9, 2016 Yeah I would prefer not to hear rape-related chants. Although with the group mentality IT wouldn't surprise me. I Think track suit suit night is amusing and its fans having fun. The enlightened folk seem to view it as classless but i think they miss the point. It's people making light of the situation. It's not like there is a protest at the airport. i am a little surprised the jets didn't ban track suits though. But I guess Buffalo isn't chicago.
Goalie Posted January 9, 2016 Author Report Posted January 9, 2016 Track suits can't hurt you. Helmets can.

Goalie Posted January 10, 2016 Author Report Posted January 10, 2016 Kane interview up on ctv and global. Just confirms he's a ****** lol. Bogo one also. Sorta get the feeling that he also asked to be traded.

This is the first it has ever been said and Lawless has said he never heard of those rumblings.
Goalie Posted January 10, 2016 Author Report Posted January 10, 2016 Bogo actually said in his interview he didn't tell cox he asked to be traded. I do recall hearing that he wanted to be closer to home tho.

Ducky Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 Bogo said he didn't say it to Cox.......when asked if he asked for a trade he wouldn't answer.

Goalie Posted January 10, 2016 Author Report Posted January 10, 2016 Buffalo has way better top 6 talent than the Jets do especially with scheif out.
IC Khari Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 (edited) Kane is getting embarrassed but the Jets are giving up too may two on ones ... Edited January 10, 2016 by IC Khari

Goalie Posted January 10, 2016 Author Report Posted January 10, 2016 Yawn. Time for a nap. What a crap game and crap crowd
bustamente Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 Jets outplayed and out shot the Sabre's no points for doing that.
Goalie Posted January 10, 2016 Author Report Posted January 10, 2016 I'm not sure they outplayed them. Ya they out shot them but 40 of them were weak shots with no traffic at all aka easy saves. Jets didn't really have many what I'd call high percentage scoring chances and buffalo took over in the 3rd.
Rich Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 It has happened all too often this year where the Jets control the play but don't take advantage by actually scoring. Their opponents hang around and hang around until the are able to score and take the lead. Goalie 1

Outside of Wheeler who is more of a set up guy than goal scorer... they just don't have the talent right now
Floyd Posted January 11, 2016 Report Posted January 11, 2016 Scheifele would have been the difference in this game... Ehlers not ready for NHL - too many Junior type plays and pauses Jets need one or two more pieces
