Given his production (or lack thereof with no sacks in 15 games), and who we picked up in FA, I think most people saw this coming.

Never really returned to his great play of a couple of years ago..Tough to see him go but it's doubtful he was  going to make our line-up this year ..  The injury bug gets another one...

Unfortunately he never seemed to fully recover from that ACL injury... too bad, he looked very promising in 2014...

I was kinda surprised it wasn't Turner first. Last year was is first year back from his ACL injury and I was hoping he'd get a chance to bounce back (or at least show something in camp).

When Turner was healthy last year he looked good, where as Zach was mediocre at best. I am thinking with Turner rotating he will look fresh.

When healthy, he was one of the best! First guy I ever seen bench 500+lbs in the gym. Keep grinding @ZachAnderson44

Unfortunately when a team loses so many games this is bound to happen. Changes are inevitable. No veteran from last season other than Drew Willy or Westerman is safe.

It's the start of that time of year again, when bad things happen to good people.  Greatest of appreciation to Zach and his contributions; hope he springboards this into success elsewhere.
