What is this "Pornhub" thing? ;)

Funny unrelated story....    I work in IT and a co worker of ours only learned of the pr0nhub and other streaming porn sites about 2 years ago.   I was completely amazed and it was almost like we were speaking with someone that woke up from a long term coma and catching up with modern times.

The guy was blown away that he didn't have to buy the pr0n from his Shaw anymore lol.

The defence lawyer for the man who killed 10 people by deliberately driving a van down a crowded Toronto sidewalk argues his client was incapable of rational choice.

The defence argues Minassian is not criminally responsible for his actions on April 23, 2018, due to autism spectrum disorder.

Lawyer Boris Bytensky spent the morning going through case law, and has previously said Minassian's autism spectrum disorder left him without empathy or the ability to make rational decisions.

Trying to use autism spectrum disorder to argue his incel client isn't criminally responsible for not only planning but carrying out an attack which killed ten people and injured sixteen more. What a ******* scumbag lawyer.

lol

Cornwall could end up “significantly worse off” after Brexit – receiving just five per cent of what it needs to replace EU funding, a local councillor has admitted.

As one of the UK’s poorest areas, Cornwall – which voted 56.5 per cent in favour of Leave – has applied for £700 million over the next decade from the government to replace cash from Brussels.

There is credible evidence that the Russians encouraged the Brexidiots, much as they have meddled in the US elections and for the same reasons- to weaken Russian competitors. And they have succeeded beyond their hopes and dreams,

Take care of your employees and your employees will take care of your company.

Price recalled a study conducted by Angus Deaton and Daniel Kahneman in 2010. The study found that people do not feel happier as their wages rise above $75,000 a year. However, they are significantly more miserable when they earn less than that amount. At Gravity, new employees earned $35,000 a year. In a defining moment, Price decided that he will find a way to pay all his employees a minimum salary of $70,000 a year.

This took two years to implement.

Once it was completed, the salaries of 30 workers doubled, and those of additional 40 were increased significantly. No employee was fired, and no manager’s wage (except that of Price) was reduced. More than half of the funding of the new wage program came from the reduction in Price’s own wage, from $1.1 million to $70,000, and the rest came from the company’s profits.

Gravity Payments, a medium-size credit card processing company from Seattle, was hit hard by the pandemic.

In a short time, Gravity lost about half of its revenue, which mainly comes from small businesses, hardest hit by the crisis.

In early April, Dan Price, one of the company founders and its CEO, convened the 200 employees for an urgent Zoom call, sharing with them the fact that the company was burning $1.5 million a month in cash. If it continued like this and no action was taken, Price warned, the company would run out of cash in just four months.

...

“Ninety-eight per cent of the employees agreed to cut their wages,” he tells me in a Zoom interview from Seattle. “Ten wrote that they were willing to work for free, and several dozen offered a 50 per cent reduction in their wages.

Making 70k a year for the last 4 years pre-pandemic? Yeah you can afford a cut and kudos to those who said they work for free.

Still amazing is the belief he was anything but a loser.
As more facts come out, these numbers will get worse for Trump...

Yeah but what you dont read is that a Fox News had 42% of voters thinking Trump was a great president, also election rigged.

It is disheartening that, after all the horrid things Trump has said and done, he has approval in double digits. That says something very sad about the psychopathology of  many Americans.
