Don't really see the value.  Most of the guys you'd trade up to #1 for are going to be kicking around the NFL for a few years.  Bombers need players now.  More likely to trade picks for players than vice-versa.  Would like to trade up to 3-4-5 for Timmis with picks though.

Interesting turn events...Jones would like to pick up a couple of high pics for his no 1 BUT is there anyone worth that in this draft....Certainly Onyemata would be but he's headed south, so he'd be a latter round shot for someone...Can Jones get a dancing partner in May???? Maybe not if nobody is willing to part with pics and/ or a quality player on their roster.

Jones has been spending money like a dunken sailor might have done a decent of getting some good players. He also lost or gave some good players.  So he dresses up his fancy ponies to finds out his No. 1 QB is a no go. With Coleman and Smith who freezes in headlights  it's time to suck part deux.  Helloooo Bishop.

Exactly, the first 2 or 3 guys are almost always off to the NFL.  I'd prefer to have pick 3 or 4 and below.  Especially if you need someone on your roster this year that's going to stick around.

That sk folks know very well how to help Jack on the horse, and help Jack off the horse. That rider fans can eat watermelon through a picket fence. They steal straw from their own mothers kennel.
