The timing blows, but if it had happened a few months ago I'd say good for him.  Considering that head coaching jobs in the CIS seem like tenured positions, I can understand the move, and McMaster has a pretty good program.  It would have been nice if they had figured this all out in January.

Blame the TiCats or Tommy Condel with out there opening at OC this would not of happened. Really a bigger issue for McMaster.
