Wally might be interested too. I like this though, more possibilities for Lapo to stay as OC in 'Peg. I thought Chapdelaine was only hired as interim HC?
WBBFanWest Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 From the Rider Fans site: The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have acquired Canadian defensive lineman Justin Capicciotti and American offensive lineman Xavier Fulton from the Saskatchewan Roughriders in exchange for national defensive tackle Linden Gaydosh, international receiver Tommy Streeter and a late round draft pick, per CFL sources.
Atomic Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 (edited) Draft picks are a 4th and a 7th in 2017. Riders get some decent assets for the future in exchange for Capiciotti who never really fit in there. There is some speculation that Fulton will retire after this season or return to Regina (he will be an FA). Edited October 10, 2016 by Atomic
Taynted_Fayth Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 guess we did win FA after all Fred C Dobbs and wbbfan 2
JuranBoldenRules Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Toronto's receiving crew today is Kenny Shaw, Diontae Spencer, Coombs/Durie and two rookie Canadians who were really drafted to play special teams. Barker is literally handing us a top 2 pick. Guy has to get fired this off-season. bustamente 1

Ripper Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Got two draft picks back. Capicotti was a bust and is making too much money.

Fatty Liver Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 TiCats also sign, Kendial Lawrence, Derrius Brooks, Kevin Elliott.
TBURGESS Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Ticats are loading up for the playoffs.

Arnold_Palmer Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 The east is a joke. No surprise Hamilton is going all in. Secure that first place in the East and get the bye heading into the Eastern finals. Even with how much Hamilton is under achieving they have a good opportunity to advance to the Grey Cup.
coach17 Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Red Blacks Chris Williams done for year with torn ACL according to 3 down nation

Edmonton will hammer whomever it is. Won't be a eastern team in the grey cup this year. It will be Calgary and Edmonton

bustamente Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Williams is a good player but drops to many passes ,Eliott is a good replacement.

Judd Posted October 10, 2016 Report Posted October 10, 2016 Calgary is going to choke again this western final. They have a marshmallow end to the season followed by a week off. BC could take them in a shootout and it's very hard to beat a team 4 times in one year and we actually match up well against them.

I think its a situation of 2 young talented guys who needed a change of scenery getting it. It seems to me to be a pretty good trade for both teams but modesty better for ottawa right now. Man this season has been crazy active for player movement.
